I know the healing journey intimately. And I will facilitate and support your process of healing with the embodiment therapies of Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems and Family Constellations.

I am endlessly fascinated with the beauty and the power of therapeutic processes I have privilege to witness. This offer is addressed to those who feel called to explore symptoms related to trauma by means of Somatic Experiencing.
SE is a powerful body- oriented therapy aimed at treating trauma along with maladaptive stress responses through focusing on
the connection between the mind and the body.
Somatic Experiencing therapy will help with challenges such as

1 consultation session of 30min FREE of charge
7 therapy sessions of 90min (600kr per session)
Possibility to continue therapy after the Program at discounted price
